3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded/chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (1/4 box)
1 stick butter
Mix soup and sour cream; add chicken. Spread in 8x8 casserole dish. Melt butter; crush crackers in sleeve, then mix with butter. Top chicken mixture with crackers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until bubbling.
(I added 1/2 tsp celery salt and 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning, because it has been a little bland in the past. These additions worked great!)
