Beef Ravioli in Basil-Cream Sauce

This is awesome! It tastes like something you'd get at a nice Italian restaurant! The only thing I did differently was to heat the Rotel (tomatoes & green chilies) separately because I have some tomato-haters in the house, then I added it to individual plates. I can't wait to make it again!
